Worried about not knowing how to do a particular duty? New to volunteering at our tournament? Never fear! We will have a brief training meeting on Wed, April 22, 7:00 pm at Tien Lung.

Shift Times are as follows:

Friday, April 24
Set-Up from 4:00-9:00 pm

Saturday, April 25
AM is 8:15 am to 12:30 pm
PM is 1:45 to 6:30 pm
Take Down will begin as soon as the competition is done

Volunteer Position Descriptions:

Ring Volunteers: ages 16+, includes scorekeeping, timekeeping, and nurturing parent

Runner: ages 8-15, assists at the ring table, takes competitors to breaking or podium, run to First Aid if needed, and run any additional supplies or requests

Security: to guard entrances

Floaters: to fill in as needed

Volunteer Dress Code:

Volunteers will be provided with a red t-shirt that must be worn and visible during the volunteer shift.
